If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept return and exchange requests within 15 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please contact us by email at Info@PolishedMkt.com with the reason for return/exchange and the name under which the item was purchased.
Please allow 30 days for your return/exchange to be processed. Any issued refunds will be on the original card used to purchase when ordering.
Note that we will not accept any returns or exchanges of damaged, worn, or altered items. Any personalized or custom items are not eligible for a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to returns and exchanges.
